MARKET:
The Production of Wind-powered generators has dramatically increased during last years. Production precesses have already been defined, and now it's high time for automation.
Estudios de Ingeniería Adaptada (EINA) has a main target: To supply satisfactory solutions to automation necessities in industrial product processes with plastics, textiles or composites, obtaining substantial increases in productivity. In order to get this goal, EINA takes advantage of different technologies like cutting, welding, sanding, flame treatment, milling, edge wrapping or mechanizing.
We have already developed technological tools, which have been designed for the wind power sector.

The tracking tool, tracks a surface without previous programming, either applying a constant force to the tracked surface, either keeping an offset to the tracked surface.
It makes possible the automation of manual processes which couldn't be automated as:

EINA has created a robotized intelligent milling machine which:
But we all know those fiber parts are huge, and they have a great dimensional tolerance. Therefore, our device automatically recalculates robot's trajectories for each single part.

EINA has also developed a multitask device, which is able to carry out the former processes along the big parts the sector uses.
