History

    In 1991, the company, originally based in Barcelona, was set up. Right from the beginning, EINA was focused on the automotive industry. Nevertheless the company also automated much other production's processes in electronics, white-goods....

    1996: The company, within the frame of a policy of expansion and service to the customer, built up a delegation in Brazil.

    EINA Brasil Ldta was settled up in Sao Paulo, one of the main industrials poles in Southern America.
    2002: Over 500 machines installed all over the world; not only in Spain or Europe, but also in America and even in Asia (Singapore)

    2003: An Industrial group from the region of Navarra takes part of the assets of the company, taking over 100% in Spain and Brazil in 2004.

    EINA's Headquarters move from Barcelona to Pamplona.

     

    In 2007 the public society Sodena, belonging to the Government of Navarre, enters the share capital (45% of the shares) in order to develop the company, guarantee its internationalization and strengthen the R+D+I.
    2009: The Management team overtakes part of the share capital..
